Referly is a social platform for sharing referrals, promotions, events, and community content. You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these terms.

• Individuals: personal accounts to share referrals, follow friends and brands, and discover trusted deals.
• Brands & Businesses: accounts for publishing promotions, running referral campaigns, and growing followers.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Referral links, promotions, coupons, and rewards on Referly are created by users and brands. Referly does not verify, endorse, or guarantee them.

• Spam, mass automated posting, or manipulation of clicks/follows.
• Scams, fraudulent referrals, or misleading promotions.
• Fake, deceptive, or expired offers.
• Impersonation of any person, brand, or organization.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attacks against platform infrastructure.

Brands are solely responsible for the accuracy and fulfilment of any promotion, event, coupon, or referral campaign they publish, including compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and tax laws.

You retain ownership of content you create on Referly. By posting, you grant Referly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or harm other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Referly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, third-party offers, or user content.

Your use of Referly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Referly is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
